Bio

Nora helps individuals and couples find their way back to clarity, connection, and emotional safety. Her work focuses on healing patterns of avoidance, disconnection, and emotional miscommunication by helping clients understand what drives their reactions—and how to communicate what they truly feel and need.

With over 20 years of experience in communication strategy and human motivation—including working in Washington, D.C., helping leaders bridge bipartisan divides—Nora brings a unique ability to translate complex dynamics into clear, human understanding. She is a Certified Coach and educator in Relationship Communication, Grief Recovery, Stress Management, and Men’s Issues, and the creator of The T.R.U.T.H. Method™, a trauma-informed framework for healing communication, rebuilding trust, and restoring connection.

Nora’s approach integrates principles of attachment theory, nervous system awareness, and evidence-based communication tools with deep compassion and clarity. She works with women rediscovering their voice after loss or relationship trauma, men learning to access emotion and communicate with courage, and couples seeking to repair after rupture or emotional distance. Across her work, Nora helps clients rebuild not only emotional safety, but also spiritual strength—the grounded sense of wholeness that allows people to connect with truth, trust, and purpose again.

Before becoming a relationship coach, Nora spent two decades guiding executives, global teams, and political leaders through high-stakes communication challenges. The same skills that helped bridge polarized viewpoints now help her clients bridge emotional divides—transforming misunderstanding into mutual respect and renewed connection.

Clients describe her style as clear, grounding, insight-driven, and direct.  She believes that every conversation has the potential to heal when people feel safe enough to be real—and that learning to listen and speak from that place can transform not just relationships, but lives.
